We are by appointment only.  No walk ins.

Where are we located?

We are located inside The Mix Studios.  The Mix offers a range of services including: group fitness classes, personal training, small group training, and health coaching.

Conveniently located right off 94 in Ypsilanti, MI.  We have tons of free parking right outside our door.

Meet our massage therapists

Brook

Brooke Nimmer

Meet Brooke. Brooke has been a Licensed and Board-Certified Massage Therapist since the year 2000. For the last 24 years she has specialized in therapeutic, sports specific, myofascial release, relaxation massage, and many more massage therapy techniques (see full list of massage techniques below). She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (for The Mix Studios), and a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Brooke has thousands of hours of hands-on experience giving her a thorough working knowledge of the human anatomy, ailments, and function. With her experience and knowledge, she can tailor your massage session to address your individual needs and concerns. Brooke finds caring for others and supporting them on their personal health and wellness journey extremely rewarding. Pairing your gym fitness sessions with a massage is a perfect combination to assist you on your journey to reaching your health and fitness goals. If you have any questions regarding adding massage therapy to your wellness schedule, Brooke would be happy to discuss your options and get you one step closer to your optimal you!
