Bowls are basically salads.  But they get us thinking outside the box for creative combinations and satisfying fall and winter creations.

How to Build your Bowl

You need to make sure a bowl is balanced.  Just like an entree salad.

Follow this strategy and you’ll have a filling and delicious bowl each time.

3 Vegetables + 15-30g Protein + 1/4-1/2 Cup Carb + 1 TBS Fat
