A total body workout that incorporates kickboxing inspired cardio on mini trampolines, core work and strength training moves using dumbbells or bands for strength and toning. You can expect a fun and challenging workout for your whole body! We’ll transition quickly from exercises to exercise to keep the heart rate up the whole time. Join Marly for a morning dedicated to the foundational principles of Yoga. We will read, discuss and practice pranayama (breath work) and Asana (posture). This workshop will offer a brief introduction to each of the 8 limbs of yoga as well as accessible, bit-sized ways to weave elements of this philosophy into our lives. All are welcome – seasoned practitioners, skeptics, beginners, curious minds of all kinds!
The workshop itself will last 2 hours but plan to stay a little while after as a delicious lunch (the cost of which is included in your workshop fee) will be served!
