Box Bounce N’Burn

A total body workout that incorporates kickboxing inspired cardio on mini trampolines, core work and strength training moves using dumbbells or bands for strength and toning. You can expect a fun and challenging workout for your whole body! We’ll transition quickly from exercises to exercise to keep the heart rate up the whole time. This is a faster paced class so we recommend that you have had a few bounce classes before attending Box Bounce & Burn..
