  • Mix Total Body (Online)- 8am
  • Mix Total Body [In person] & (Online) – 5:30 pm

Sunday

  • Yoga for Athletes (Online) – 9:00am
  • Gentle Yoga [In person] & (Online)- 10:00 am
  • Strength [In person] & (Online) – 11:15am

Small Group Training Times Available: Email us if you are interested in getting connected with a group that is a match!

  • Mondays at 7am [In Person]
  • Weekdays at 12 or 1pm [In Person]
  • Thursdays 6:30pm (Online)
  • Fridays at 5:30pm
  • Saturdays at 10am [In Person]
