Restorative Yoga - 7pm Tuesday January 3rd

Restorative yoga is gentle, slow, involves long, passive holds in a series of restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release. This is a yoga class for everybody.

Hatha Yoga - 8:30am Saturday January 7th

Hatha classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and more intense workouts.
Hatha yoga focuses on moving the body and on breathing techniques. The postures practiced in Hatha are performed with intention. Hatha is not fast paced as you might find in a Vinyasa class. You will flow from one pose to the next working on balance, strength, mindfulness and flexibility.
