The Mix is all about helping you have fun and feel comfortable working out! My name is Sarah, owner of The Mix, and I would like to welcome you to our community!
The Mix offers a variety of livestream and in-person offerings. Our core modalities are Strength Training, Mini Trampoline Bounce Cardio, and Yoga. We also offer Cardio Drumming, Mat Pilates, special events, and more.

Working with a personal trainer in one of our private studios comes with a lot of perks. You can expect personalized guidance, support, and motivation! A trainer will not only help you with form but also proper intensity and exercise selection which will help you see better results with less chance of injury. We offer one on one training as well as small groups!
