Sausage that is already cooked can be such a great quick meal. I love turning it into a bowl. This one uses the sweet Italian. But I also love the chicken gouda and apple Chardonay flavors. So quick and easy and endless ways to mix it up.
- 1 Chicken Italian Sausage link
- 1 Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Quinoa blend from Trader Joe’s
- Bowl full of greens.
Just toss it together with your favorite vinegar and oil or other dressing!
