Yoga Special Topics with Marly - All about the Neck 1pm
In this workshop will use basic Iyengar Yoga concepts to get better acquainted with how to both stabilize and mobilize our necks. Balancing these two forces in the body, through the cultivation of self-awareness and precision in our physical actions, is our best injury prevention. This workshop is open to all levels – we will focus on foundational tools that be can applied throughout our daily lives, regardless of whether you have a robust yoga practice or you are new to the form.
